The current national under-15 coach made this passionate appeal during the Meet-and-Greet Session with the Legends at the 2023 All Star Festival at the Eusebett Hotel, Sunyani.
Organizers of the Annual Football Festival, The Business Africa Consulting (The BAC) Group ensured they brought together legends from different departments of the beautiful game on a chilly night full of aesthetics. Whether it is in administration, coaches, Physical Education instructors and many others to share ideas on the way for football.

Ntow Gyan went ahead to also reveal that, he is the first Ghanaian player to introduce 'Rasta' domestically, hence, jokingly he should be compensated to the cheering of the All Stars team, B & A Stars and the people in attendance.
"Let's be truthful to ourselves, the age cheating is not helping us as a football nation. We need to put a stop to it and that's the only one we can have a sincere perspective on footballers and on our game.
"Let me tell you something today, l am the first Ghanaian player to do rasta. But today it's everywhere, l think l must take compensation."
Also, present were former Black Stars players and other legends like Dan Owusu, Ntow Gyan, Awudu Issaka, Mr. Augustine Asante, Isaac Oppong, Ayama, among others were there to grace the occasion.
