Asante Kotoko supporter first vice chairman, Nana Kwame Dankwa, has told the board and management that it's the property of Ashanti Kingdom that they are dealing with and must allow the clubs Interest to rein supreme ahead of the meeting today.
Asante Kotoko board have summoned the management led by Nana Yaw Amponsah and coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum to a meeting.
Dr. Narteh Ogum announced his decision to resign to the leadership last week but yet to officially notify the club on paper, according to Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi.
However, the board rebuffed the coach resignation and insisted that it was media speculations.
Nana Kwame Dankwa has urged the board to resolve the issue impartially for truth and justice to prevail.
He told the leaders to allow the supreme interest 9f Asante Kotoko to be a priority.
"Whatever we will do the Supreme interest of Kotoko should be number one," he said.
"I don't like favouritism, I don't like supporting someone, we should tell the truth.
"In conflict resolution, if truth and understanding isn't there it's difficult to resolve it. The moment we try to cover up someone, shield someone... it won't allow the parties to be satisfied.
"But like we say every day, Kotoko is bigger than any individual, any individual , with all due respect. All those involved should understand that it's the property of the Golden Stool that we are talking about and majority of the supporters following the team is no joke," he insisted.
