Black Stars head coach, Chris Hughton has described Madagascar's game as one that will be very difficult but added they are ever ready and prepared for the challenge. 

The Black Stars after Angola's win, will have to ensure they snatch all three points tomorrow to extend their lead at the top of the group and also seal the qualification. 

In a pre-match presser, the ex- Newcastle United boss admitted they are in a very tough encounter but added they are ever ready and poised for the game. 
 
"We have too prepare for what we think will be a difficult game. One thing that I have learnt since I have been involved is that there are no easy games," Hughton told the media in Antananarivo.
 
"Madagascar have had a difficult group games so far but they want to do their very best that they can in their last two games because they still have a possibility. So we are just preparing the heat we can for what we think will be a tough game,"
 
The four time African champions touched down in Antananarivo safely ahead of their 2023 AFCON qualifiers match-day five against Madagascar on Sunday after leaving the shores of Ghana on the morning of Friday, June 16, and arrived on the early hours of Saturday. 
 
The team opened amping last Monday at Alisha Hotel and have already held three training sessions already as they look to get themselves adequately prepared for the game coming up.
 
The team on arrival will head straight to their hotel and also train on match venue Kianja Barea Mahamasina Municipal Stadium in order to acclimatize to the country's weather and the pitch in order to know their approach to the game.
 
The game is scheduled for 14:00GMT on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
