The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the appointment of the technical team of the Black Stars until December 2022.
The technical team of the four-time Africa Cup of Nations champions will be headed by Otto Addo, Chris Hughton, George Boateng and Mas-ud Didi Dramani for the six months.
The statement from the GFA reads “The Ghana Football Association has appointed Otto Addo, Chris Hughton, George Boateng and Mas-ud Didi Dramani as coaches of the senior national team, Black Stars until December 2022.”
The quartet who masterminded Ghana's qualification to the 2022 FIFA World Cup will stay to see the team's preparations to the World Cup, 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and the World Cup tournament itself slated for November to December 2022.
This follows negotiations and engagement with all relevant stakeholders and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Coach Otto Addo and his technical team will announce Ghana's squad for the match-day one and two of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and a four-nation tournament in Japan.
