Austin FC winger, Osman Bukari has donated sports goods to schools in seven communities in the Akuapim North Municipal District in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The items, which include Footballs, Jerseys, match and training hose (stockings), were presented to the various Primary and Junior High Schools in the municipality.
After presenting the items, Bukari took to social media to reveal the kind gesture, saying it was made to support the Physical Education curriculum—which focuses on building character and nurturing values.
“Had the chance to donate a full set of jerseys, Footballs and socks for the schools (both primary and JHS) in my hometown and 6 other neighbouring villages around Kwahu Mamfe. Many more to come. See you this December at Kwahu Mamfe!,” he posted.
Kwahu Mamfe, Sukwa, Koranteng, Atuobikrom, Muramura, Yirenkyikrom and Formanso were the recipients of the US-based winger's humanitarian act.
