Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo has finally grinded his first victory since taking over, after humbling Madagascar in their opening fixture of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

 

Ghana humbled the Bares by a resounding 3-0 at the Cape Coast Stadium to get back to winning ways after previous six games winless run.

Kudus Mohammed opened the scoring account on the 52nd minute, AS Roma youngster Felix Afena-Gyan doubled the lead few minutes after before substitute Osman Bukari wrapped it up in the final ten minutes.
 
The 46 year old Dortmund trainer, since taking over the Black Stars few months ago, has finally grinded his first win for the Black Stars after three matches having drawn the previous two. 
 
Ghana have now jumped to the first position on the Group E table after the convincing victory and will travel to Central African Republic in their next game on Sunday, June 5, 2022.
