Asare Bediako, the former coach of New Edubiase, has been appointed as the new technical head coach of Skyy FC until the end of the season.

The owner of New Edubiase, Abdul Salam Yakubu, confirmed the news during an interview with sports journalist Kuntu Blankson on West Gold FM in Takoradi.

“Yes it’s true my coach is joining Skyy FC as new head coach, everything is set and now confirmed” he noted.

Skyy FC's former head coach, Johnon Smith, left the team after just four months due to a disagreement with management before their match against Nations FC.

Skyy FC currently leads the Division One Zone Two League table with 45 points, eight points ahead of second-placed Nations FC.

The Daboase-based club is confident that they will reach the Premier League for the first time in their history this season, with less than 12 matches to go.
