Renowned Ghanaian football coach Daniel Annor Walker has sadly been confirmed dead this morning after a short illness.
Annor, is one of the most experienced gaffers Ghana has at the moment having been in our local game for over twenty years and has worked with lots of clubs and was currently the Technical Director of Ghana Premier League side Vision FC.
It is confirmed that he fell sick just recently and was rushed to the hospital but didn’t stay for long with his death confirmed on Tuesday October 1, per reports.
The CAF License A holder is remembered by many during his time with Great Olympics but also had spells with clubs like Nania FC, Berekum Chelsea, Tudu Mighty Jets and Heart of Lions.
He was the head coach of Ghana’s home-based national team - the Black Galaxies at the 2023 African Nation Championship which was held in Algeria.
