King Faisal have sold some of their best talents at a good amount and have become a genuine money-making machine.
The Insha Allah lads have been one of the most profitable clubs in Ghana football when it comes to the supply of wonderkids.
The club owner, Alhaji Karim Grusah and his side have continued to fight for a long term stay and silverware in the Ghanaian top flight despite letting go of their biggest stars in almost every season transfer window for extraordinary figures.
In an interview with Dan Kwaku Yeboah, Grusah - who's a Black Stars management member said; “Italian 1991, Sammy Kuffuor [was my biggest sale], he was going to Torino. For Mallam Yahaya and Edu couldn’t get to his level, they were sold for $60,000 but it wasn’t only my money, there was an agency, African Football Agency who also benefited,”
Kuffour is known for his physical power and he's best remembered for his time with Bayern Munich. He appeared with the Ghanaian national team in the 2006 World Cup, as well as in five Africa Cup of Nations.
