Franck Etouga Mbella's agent, Amadou Fontem Tingana has confirmed there are so many clubs after his client even after his move to Udinese fell off but will only choose a club with the right project for him.

The 21 year old Cameroonian poacher was sensational in his debut season in the Ghanaian topflight with lots of local bookmakers tipping him as their best player in the just-finished season.

He stood up really well and played down all doubts to net a staggering 21 goals in the league to help Asante Kotoko clinch their 24th championship title in their history.

Having excelled, the former Cameroon youth international attracted so much interest from Italian Serie A Udinese Calcio but the deal broke through along the way.

On Akoma FM in Kumasi, Mbella's agent Amadou Tingana has stated clubs from Europe and Asia have shown interest to sign his player but will only help him make the right choice since they ain't only looking at money.

“Mbella is under contract at Kotoko and though there are many clubs after his signature, the money isn't our top priority. We are looking for a club with the right sporting project for him.  I want a team with a plan for him. There are a lot of offers from Soudi Arabia, Spain, Germany and other countries."

"For now he may leave or stay and play in the Champions League because the transfer window is not closed yet. There are offers on the table but I haven’t decided yet, the players interest for now it's Kotoko."

Despite all these, Franck Etouga Mbella and compatriot, George Mfegue have all arrived in Kumasi to begin preseason with the Porcupine Warriors towards the 2022/23 football season.
