Former Ghanaian international, Thomas Duah has taken a huge swipe at the Ghana on the current state of our football and added even the boss Kurt Okraku is very much aware of that.
It isn't only Thomas Duah who has made these claims as he shares the same sentiments with lots of Ghanaian football fans who have also complained bitterly.
They had their arguments premised on the current state of the Ghanaian topflight championship that has been without sponsors for years now and also based on the ill performance of our various national teams at major tournaments especially the Black Stars.
On Opemsuo Radio's 'Pramaso' this morning, the former AshantiGold SC assistant coach described the current Ghana football as a dead product and added even GFA President Kurt Okraku is very much aware of that.
"Nobody likes Ghana football again, even Kurt himself knows our game is dead. No sponsorship, nothing.
"Things ain't going on well with Starlets, Satellites, Black Stars. Everyone including the President knows our game is deteriorating."
He further disclosed that despite not being a fan of the current GFA, he will pray Ghana qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers since that will be beneficial to the entire nation.
"It's difficult at the moment and qualifying to the World Cup will help us as a nation so we pray God will help us."
"We have players but doesn't have a team. Passing players through the ranks from the youth to the senior national team is the best. That's the right thing to do because that's what we did back then to achieve glories."
Thomas Duah is his prime featured all Ghana national teams and also enjoyed European spells at AJ Auxurre of France and German sides FC Nuremberg and FC St Pauli.
