Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo has dug deep into Uganda and what he intends to do to break them this afternoon in an international friendly at the Stade de Marrakech in Morocco.
Ghana definitely will seek redemption this time after losing 2-1 to eternal rivals Nigeria last Friday at the same grounds- in a game many a Ghanaian football faithful deduced some positives especially in the second half.
With skipper Andre Ayew fully fit to partake in today's game alongside other key players, the Black Stars definitely will be ever ready and poised for the Cranes- who have been a thorn in the flesh for the Black Stars in the few years.
Coach Otto Addo despite affirming his team's readiness in his pre-match interview won't underestimate Uganda as he will be heading into the game with so seriousness and also revealed his plans for today.
"It is like always, like usual. I saw the [Uganda] match so we are well prepared. If you see the match it could have gone differently even though it was 4-0. There were a lot of unlucky decisions from Uganda's perspective."
"I think this is the main thing if you take these kinds of games too easy you won’t go nowhere."
I hope that we will be able to score a goal in the first half because that will enlighten the things and if they have to come and try and equalise as it happened against Comoros, then we will have more space to exploit then we can also make the second goal," Addo explained. "But like I said I think the hardest thing will be the first half, to break them to score a goal once we achieve this, everything is going to be easier."
The game is slated for 16:00GMT (4:00pm), later today.
