Ghana coach Otto Addo says he and his technical team is impressed with the performance of young goalkeeper Frederick Asare at the Black Stars.
The Asante Kotoko no.1 was handed a debut call-up to the senior national team of Ghana for this month's friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda.
Asare has earned a praise from the head coach of the Black Stars and expected to be a regular figure in the team under the former Broussia Dortmund tactician.
“Frederick is new and young. I think he made a good first impression. He is very, very calm on the ball and has a good technique in the goal,” Otto Addo said.
The Black Stars will be wrapping up their international friendlies this month against the Cranes of Uganda this afternoon at the Stade Grade Marrakech in Morocco.
