Captain of Ghana’s Black Galaxies, Razak Simpson, has stressed that the team is approaching its upcoming international friendly against South Africa’s Bafana Bafana with full commitment and focus.
Ghana’s CHAN team will face Bafana Bafana on Tuesday, December 16, in a friendly match arranged as part of South Africa’s preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.
Speaking ahead of the encounter, Simpson expressed confidence in the squad’s readiness and assured Ghanaians that the players are fully prepared for the challenge.
“We are approaching the game against Bafana Bafana with full seriousness and confidence in our abilities. My teammates have shown great eagerness and readiness for the challenge,” Simpson said, as quoted by ghanafa.org.
The clash will take place at Dobsonville Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday.
The Black Galaxies began their preparations with a training session on Sunday and will hold a final training session on Monday to fine-tune tactics and readiness ahead of the friendly encounter.
