Kamaldeen Sulemana will lead the team tomorrow against South Korea later today and strongly believes they have enough quality to win the game.

The game despite being just a friendly will definitely one that the Tigers of Asia will look to stage their revenge from their last meeting with Ghana where they suffered a painful 3-2 loss at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

The four-time African champions in this window first took on Japan last week in a very fascinating fixture in Aichi but lost by 2-0 in the end, thanks to goals in each half from Takumi Minamino and Ritsu Doan.

The team right after moved to Seoul where they have been training for days now to prepare adequately for the game and have received a warm reception from the Ghana’s Ambassador to South Korea H.E Kojo Choi who has charged and urged them to victory in the game coming up.

Speaking ahead of the game, the Atalanta star, who played 88 minutes in the last game, says they are happy to be here and are poised for the win

“I think it is going to be a good match. It is going to be a tough game for us. But I also think we can beat them,” he said.

“We know their strength. We know they have good players from the back all the way to the front,” Sulemana said. “I think we have the quality to beat them. We are going to try to do that.”

“We are very excited to be here. It is an opportunity for each and every one of us to show the world what we are capable of.”

South Korea will host Ghana at 11:00am tomorrow, November 18, at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.
