Hearts of Oak board member Vincent Sowah Odotei says they won't tolerate Tema United, as he insists that Joe Abu Salam has taken part payment of Konadu Yiadom's transfer fee.

Hearts of Oak officially confirmed the signing of Konadu Yiadom in the just ended transfer window.

Konadu Yiadom played thirty-one times for West African Football Academy last season, but reverted back to his former club Tema United after the expiration of his contract.

Joe Abu Salam, president of Tema United, says he regrets transferring Konadu Yiadom to Hearts of Oak over Asante Kotoko.

Vincent Sowah Odotei says they've made part payment to Tema United and reveals that Joe Abu Salam has maltreated Hearts of Oak over Konadu Yiadom's transfer.

"He has taken part of the money for Konadu Yiadom. We will not stand for any blackmail. If you have taken part of the money, why do you make it look like he has not taken anything. We'll not tolerate that," he said on Asempa FM.

"If I tell you what Abu has done to Hearts over this Konadu matter, you will be shocked. Ask him if we owe him the players he brought to us. Abu should stay clear. We signed Konadu on a pre-contract as far back in April this year," he revealed.

Hearts of Oak are preparing ahead of next season and are currently participating in the GHALCA Top 6 tournament.
