Head coach of Nsoatreman FC, Yaw Preko has disclosed they are ever ready and poised for their CAF Confederations Cup game against Chadian side TP Elect Sport FC this weekend and strongly believes his lads will deliver.

The 'Efiri Tete Amanaso' side will be playing in the CAF inter-club competitions for the first time in their history and this became possible when they emerged as champions of last season's MTN FA Cup.

They have been paired with TP Elect Sport FC from Chad in the first preliminary round and are looking to cross this stage and all hurdles to make it into the money zone.

The Green and Yellows have been in intensive and serious preparations for the past weeks and had some better oppositions in the Nsenkyire Cup to test their strength ahead of the continental showpiece.

Speaking ahead of the game, Yaw Preko has stated he won't put any pressure on his lads but is very optimistic they will prevail.

"After the Nsenkyire Cup, we’ve trained for a week, and I can see that, the players are also getting along well. I have a team, too, and I know exactly how we will go by it on Sunday. We are ready for Sunday’s Confederations Cup match,” Coach Yaw Preko said.

“I promise not to put pressure on the boys, we are going to take it game after game."

The game is scheduled for this Sunday, August 18, at the Ohene Gyan Stadium in the capital, Accra at 15:00GMT
