Former Black Satellites captain, Zubairu Ibrahim has once again shown that he's a true champion, both on and off the pitch.

The FK Partizan attacker on Wednesday donated customized books to his basic school, Kumasi Central Mosque Islamic School.

This kind gesture is not the first time Zubairu has given back to his community. He has previously donated to his juvenile club, Barcelona Babies FC and his senior high school, Sakafiya Islamic School.

The donation was done on his behalf by his senior brother, Iddrisu Pempem, and some friends.

The headmaster of Kumasi Central Mosque Islamic School was overjoyed with the donation.

"We're incredibly grateful to Zubairu for his kind gesture," he said. "He's shown that he values education just as much as he does sports. We pray that God continues to bless him and elevate him in his career."

Zubairu's commitment to giving back to his community is truly inspiring.

His philanthropic efforts are a testament to his character, both as a person and as a footballer.

On the pitch, Zubairu is having a stellar debut season in Serbia, scoring six goals in sixteen games.

His football journey began at Barcelona FC in Sabon Zongo before moving to King Faisal and eventually signing with Serbian side Jedinstvo.

After helping Jedinstvo gain promotion, he joined FK Partizan in the last summer transfer window, where he currently plies his trade.
