The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has decided to postpone the next round of league matches (Matchday 20) following the violent incidents and fatality that occurred at the match played between Nsoatreman FC and Kumasi Asante Kotoko over the weekend.
Nsoatreman FC have announced their decision to withdraw from the Ghana Premier League with immediate effect.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has imposed an indefinite ban on Nsoatreman FC from using the Nana Koramansah Park as their home venue following the violent incidents that marred their Ghana Premier League Matchday 19 fixture against Asante Kotoko.
A member of Asante Kotoko Supporters' communication team, Francis Yaw Frimpong, popularly known as Nana Pooley, has been stabbed to death by unknown men during a Ghana Premier League game at the Nana Kromansah Park in Nsoatre.
Asante Kotoko SC has strongly condemned the violent incidents that marred their Ghana Premier League Matchweek 19 clash against Nsoatreman FC at the Nana Koramansah Park.
