GPL cellar dwellers Kotoku Royals will attempt to overturn the tide of continues defeats as they travel to face RTU at the Aliu Mahama stadium on Sunday, a side that is hoping to start to turn the tide in their favor after a recent string of losses that saw them lose four games this season.
The Pride of the North will be handed a clean slate and perhaps another chance to justify their stay in Ghana's top-flight division as the league enters into Match Day 10 this weekend.
RTU were 1 nil losers at Bibiani against Gold Stars on Match Day 9 whilst Kotoku Royals were walloped 3-0 by visiting Legon Cities at their adopted Cape Coast stadium.
The Akim Oda outfit is yet to win away this season, their best performance thus far was a Match Day 1 win against Accra Lions where they won 1-0 at home.
Both teams have their work cut out for them but Kotoku Royals will surely put up a spirited effort to avoid sinking deeper and rooting themselves deeply in the drop zone.
