The 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season enters week 30 on Saturday, May 6, with only five games left in the campaign. After a challenging season for all 18 clubs, the league is drawing to a close.

On Saturday, one game will be played, while seven games are scheduled for Sunday, and the last match will be played on Monday. Among the Sunday games is the encounter between Great Olympics and Kotoku Royals.

Great Olympics has had a tough season and is currently battling relegation, despite beating Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak in the second round of the league.

The team has only managed two wins, two defeats, and one draw in their last five matches, leaving them 17th on the league table with just 35 points from 29 games.

Kotoku Royals, on the other hand, has had the worst season in the Ghana Premier League. The team has only managed to pick 23 points from 29 games and has failed to win any of their last five outings.

The two teams will face off on Sunday at the WAFA Park in Sogakope, with the match scheduled to kick off at 3:00 pm GMT.
