The signs point to Nations FC lurking on to their sterling performance after recording three wins, two defeats in their last five matches.
However, the Abrankese based side have played much better at home in their maiden top flight season, posting three wins, two draws of their league matches at the Kwame Kyei Sports Complex. And they actually live up to the task — reminisce back to that 4-0 demolition of RTU.
On Saturday Nations FC will host Karela United, as most loudmouth fanatics have started ranting, concluding that an opponent like the Pride and Passion wouldn’t be a problem, as they will grill them on a heated cooker.
On the other hand, Karela United have their own problems to worry about, as they have not really made much of an impact this season under the guardianship of Shaibu Tank, having forked-out three draws, one win and a defeat in their last five games.
Nations FC should win this one. The attacking battle between the two clubs will be nerve-cracking, but can the Pride and Passion strikers do more with their scoring opportunities and exit Kumasi with the three points or a point? Let’s wait and see, but goals in this game will be at a premium.
Prediction: Nations FC 3, Karela United 1
KICKOFF: 15:00 GMT (3:00pm)
