In a commanding display during Matchweek 33 of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League, Karela United secured a 3–0 win against Young Apostles at the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale.



This victory bolsters Karela United's position in the league standings as the season approaches its conclusion.



Karela United initiated the match with high intensity, pressing forward and creating early opportunities. Their efforts were rewarded in the 32nd minute when midfielder Abdul Latif capitalized on a defensive mishap to open the scoring.



Maintaining their momentum, Karela doubled their lead in the 42nd as they benefitted from a well-orchestrated team move.



In the second half, Karela continued to dominate possession and control the tempo.  Their persistence paid off in the 90th minute when the hosts sealed a comprehensive 3–0 victory.



This decisive win enhances Karela United's prospects of escaping relegation and securing a favorable position in the league standings.  For Young Apostles, the defeat underscores the challenges they face in their debut Premier League season as they currently slumber on 14th with 40 points.
