bdul Razak Salifu's second-half goal ensured that Dreams FC got the better of Young Apostles in what can only be described as a one-goal thriller.
There was a swollen abundance of squandered chances in the type of gripping contest where minutes race by like seconds. The two floundering mid-table battlers combined to rattle off a couple of shots, yet Salifu's 80th-minute effort was the only one which crossed the goal-line.
Victory for Dream lifted them up to the heady heights of 9th while Young Apostles continue to toil away in 11th place.
Still Believe proved to be just as vulnerable when they had the ball. A hardly intense Apostles press forced several cheap turnovers, one of which led to Gidios Aseako to make a shovelled save.
As the Still Believers sweeping over this bowl of Tuba gradually grew intense before turning a deep navy all at once, Dreams FC finished the first half with a stranglehold over proceedings.
That illusion of control proved to be temporary, although Dreams FC's threat remained. As the gravity of Apostles setup crept forward in search of an equaliser, Dreams FC speared behind the visiting blue and white shirts only to be gripped by the same wastefulness in front of goal which plagued the Agya Na in the first half.
Apostles carried their profligacy over to the Idyllic Town, as Foster Sakitey was guilty of skewed efforts and spurned opportunities.
