Ten-man Vision FC have held Asante Kotoko to a pulsating 0-0 draw in a very exciting round 24 clash at the Baba Yara Stadium.

The Porcupine Warriors were left fumbling in the early stages of the game having head in with so much aggression and eventually had their two players; captain Samba O’Neil and Patrick in the books of the referee in less than 20 minutes.

The visitors kept on with their explosive attacks and had to even force a save and a huge clearance from goalkeeper Mohammed Camara and Samba O’Neil over the half hour mark.

Albert Amoah was put through with a clever pass and lifted over goalkeeper Godwin Ametefe but went off the crossbar.

With just a minute to half-time, Emmanuel Antwi came very close to scoring to a curler but his effort went wide for a restart.

Back from recess, the ‘Kum Apem’ lads broke out after Amidu Acquah arrived from the flanks but his curler went above the post.

In the space of four minutes, Mohammed Camara once again came with two crucial stops to rescue the situation. Despite the even exchanges, it finished goalless after full-time.

Asante Kotoko after the draw are in fourth place with 39 points and will host Karela United in the next round of matches.

Vision FC after the draw remain in ninth position with 31 points and will host Berekum Chelsea in the next round of matches.
