After ten matchdays in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season, Karela United have emerged as the team most frequently awarded penalties, finding the spot-kick in their favour four times so far.
The Pride and Passion side are closely followed by Goldstars SC, who have been handed three penalties, while FC Samartex, Basake Holy Stars, and Asante Kotoko each share second place with two penalties apiece.
Meanwhile, several clubs, including Heart of Lions, Swedru All Blacks, Vision FC, Berekum Chelsea, and Dreams FC have all been awarded a single penalty so far this season.
As the season progresses, it will be intriguing to see whether Karela can convert their dominance in the penalty column into crucial points in the race for the top spots.
