Abass Ganiu, who was once a familiar name in the Ghana Premier League, is rediscovering his goalscoring instincts in new surroundings with Hohoe United.
The forward, who etched his name into Eleven Wonders’ history books by finding the net in six straight matches during the 2020–21 season, has now taken on the responsibility of leading the line for Hohoe United this campaign.
United will be counting on Ganiu’s eye for goal and wealth of experience at the top level as they seek to establish themselves in the league.
The goal-hunter's knack for scoring in bursts remains one of his superb qualities, and supporters in Hohoe will be hopeful that the prolific streak which defined his time at Wonders can be replicated in their colours.
