Hearts of Oak gaffer, Aboubakar Ouattara has taken full responsibility for their defeat to Samartex FC and added they will have a lot to correct before their subsequent games.

The Timber Giants nipped on two goals from mercurial winger Evans Osei-Wusu to edge the giants by 2-1 in Samreboi in the opening fixture of Ghana Premier League match-week 23.

The Phobians' consolation was scored by young sensation Hamza Issah- who netted his ninth goal of the season

In a post-match presser, the Ivorian trainer admitted he had lots of things wrong and believes those bad decisions of his caused the team's defeat.

He furthered on by saying they will return to the drawing board when they get to capital to right all wrongs before their subsequent games.

"I made a bad choice and it affected the team so it's my fault. Yes they have a good team, and I think they deserve to win."

"We will have to go back and correct so many things. I will correct myself first and I will talk to my players."

Hearts of Oak will host Bibiani Goldstars next, in Ghana Premier League match-week 24.
