Accra Lions' head coach, Ibrahim Tanko, shared his joy on Monday after his team secured an impressive victory over Bibiani Gold Stars.
In a post-match interview, Coach Tanko emphasized the importance of the three points for his team.
"Getting these points is really important for us, considering where we stand on the table. The boys performed admirably. We created many chances, and winning 2-0 against Bibiani is a fantastic result," Coach Tanko remarked.
During the interview, Tanko acknowledged that his team has been struggling to score goals.
He mentioned that they will focus on improving their goal-scoring abilities during training for future matches.
"Scoring two goals against a tough opponent like Bibiani Gold Stars is no easy feat. We'll continue to work hard to enhance our scoring ability," Coach Tanko assured.
