Ghana Premier League side Aduana stars is on the verge of losing their marksman Yahaya Mohammed as ASEC closes in.

Iviorian powerhouse has made an official bid for for the former Kotoko forward as they look to strengthen their attacking line in their bid to conquer Africa.

The Dormaa based club saw their influential forward registered with the club ahead of the start of the league and has won the heart of the fans with his power and agility in front of goal with the former Amidaus hitman banging in 11 goals in the first round of the Premier league.

Widest report in the local media suggests that ASEC has made their bid official. But speaking to kickgh,the Public Relations Officer of the club,Whiteman could not categorically confirm the offer as he claims management has not officially received any offer as at the time of our talk with him.

'I've not heard of anything and no one has called me yet' he said.

However,whiteman was quick to say management will consider an offer if Yahaya shows interest in leaving the Dormaa park.

'Management will sit on it of there is an offer,we also have to seek the go ahead of our life patron the n we see the way forward.

The official of the club also refused to dance to the tune that Yahaya's departure will have a ripple effect on the club as they have other options.

'We will see,if he is to go,we have other replacements,that was the reason we brought Nathaniel Asamoah'
