The operations manager of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Mr. George Kennedy has reiterated the fact that his is adamant of not reversing back to their "step aside" manager David Duncan to take over the club again.
The former coach of the club was alleviated of his post in April and has since not returned to post as his assistant, Michael Osei has been in charge since then which has seen the club move from the last position on the league log David Duncan left the club to third.
This was enough grounds for operations manager of the club to admit to the fact that it was a mistake management together with the board of the club did in appointing the former coach of the national U20 team to manage the club.
"In some ways I think David Duncan disappointed us. It was a mistake management did in choosing him so had to go and apologize to those who advised us not to appoint him", George Kennedy said.
The porcupine club are now preparing for the second round of the season with a test match on Wednesday night against the World XI at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
