Asante Kotoko coach, Prosper Ogum, has bemoaned his side's slothfulness in front of goal after a 1-0 defeat to Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
An early strike by Kofi Tompuo was all the Hunters needed to end their three-straight winless streak.
However, the visitors coach believes the outcome could've been different if his strikers had made good use of their chances.
"We just have to be purposeful in front of the goal. If we had been purposeful in front of goal, this unfortunate defeat would not have happened. You can’t get some of these chances and miss them," Ogum said.
"We need to convert these chances. Not that they are quarter chances or half chances. These are full chances they need to convert them," he added.
The Porcupine Warriors will aim to bounce back to victory in their matchday 11 fixture against Nations FC.
Currently Asante Kotoko are sixth with 15 points in the league log after 10 games, the team remains determined to regain momentum and return to winning form.
