The red-hot goal sniffer who reportedly has a hefty release clause placed on his head in his new contract with the Falcons, was initially a target for the Phobians and a host of other Ghana Premier League club's, but they've missed out on the deadly striker altogether.

The 27-year-old netted 14 goals and hammered 3 assists in 27 appearances - going ahead to win four man of the match awards in the Ghana Premier League for Tamale City.

He signed for the Citizens at the start of the 2022/23 Ghanaian topflight after parting ways with Guinean side CI Kamsar, where he spent just a season.

Eduku will be linking up with compatroits Afriyie Acquah and Wilson Akakpo at Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya.

Super Arabian agent, Ahmed Naef Almamoory brokered the deal in Baghdad on Tuesday in the presence of the former Karela United FC and Elmina Sharks FC player.
