Asante Kotoko played out an entertaining 1-1 draw against lower-tier side Hohoe United in the 'Don’t Worry' Memorial Cup match, held at the Hohoe Sports Stadium.
Both teams fielded strong lineups for the friendly, with the coaches keen to assess their players' performances in a competitive setting.
The match also provided an opportunity for the managers to test tactics developed during training sessions.
Asante Kotoko took the lead in the 21st minute when Albert Amoah found the back of the net with a well-placed shot inside the box, assisted by Michael Kyei Dwamena.
However, Hohoe United responded in the 63rd minute, equalizing to ensure the game ended in a 1-1 stalemate.
