Dreams FC are in pursuit of Asante Kotoko midfielder Rashid Nortey as they aim to add some much-needed steel and grit in midfield at the conclusion of the 2023-24 season.
The 'Still Believe' are seeking a multi-functional midfielder and have since entered into crunch negotiations with the former Medeama SC star.
The 28-year-old has not been at his best in the fold of the Porcupine Warriors as he only featured in seven games for the Reds in the second half of last season and notched once as injury ruled him out for months.
It is understood that Nortey is very keen on a move to the Dawu based side, where he could compete for major honours as they are currently stirring up trouble in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Dreams, over the weekend, defeated Stade Malien de Bamako 2-1 in the first hurdle of their quarter-final tie.
