Asante Kotoko have ended their pursuit of 23-year-old Ghanaian forward Elvis Bernard Addae of AS FAN Niamey (Niger), sources close to the club have confirmed.
The Porcupine Warriors had been linked with the attacker from the Nigerien side ahead of the current transfer window, but the move has now been shelved.
A document on our table indicates that Kotoko are now focusing on signing another striker before the transfer window closes on Thursday, January 15, 2026, to make their attack stronger for the rest of the season the 2025/26 season.
