Nurudeen Amadu's side have now won three, drawn one and lost one league matches on the bounce, and their momentum will only be tested if they are able to win the Great Olympics on Sunday, March 3.
Godfred Kwadwo Asamoah notched the only goal in the second half as they defeated the Porcupine Warriors.
Speaking after the game, Abbey, who's an Executive Council Member of the Ghana Football Association revealed they want to use the win as a starting post for further future success.
“It was a very good game. It was a good exhibition of Premier League football. I think that we were very determined to win.
“We wanted to return to Kpando on a victorious note so that it can be the springboard that we require for further victories.”
