Former Hearts of Oak management member Aziz Haruna Futa has called on the club’s hierarchy to give head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani full backing as he continues to shape his vision for the team.
Dramani, who has a great chunk of international and club experience under his sleeves, took charge of the Phobians ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season and has enjoyed a solid start, suffering only one defeat in nine games.
Speaking to Sporty FM, Haruna Futa urged the club to show patience and commitment to the coach’s long-term plans.
“Didi Dramani is not a bad coach. He needs time and a project,” he said.
“The club needs a project, whether for six years or more, so the coach can work.”
Hearts currently sit fifth on the league table with 16 points, and despite last weekend’s narrow loss to arch-rivals Asante Kotoko, Haruna Futa believes the team is on the right path under Dramani’s leadership.
The Phobians will look to return to winning ways when they travel to face Swedru All Blacks in their Matchday 10 fixture at the Swedru Sports Stadium.
