Highly-rated goalkeeper, Lord Bawa Martey has shaked off a long injury and is now fully fit to return to action having confirmed he's gotten offers from clubs heading into the new season.
The 27-year-old broke into the scene after joining then topflight side Elmina Sharks in 2019 from lower division side Proud United, as successor for Richard Attah- who had left to join giants Hearts of Oak.
The experienced shot-stopper during his time at the Ndoum Sports Complex, was very excellent and undoubtedly the first choice but struggled in his final season for playing time due to an Injury.
Despite joining Dreams FC subsequently, the former Black Galaxies goalie couldn't really showcased his quality in Dawu due to consistent injuries and setbacks
However, speaking to Shaban Mohammed in a recent interview on Mo TV on YouTube, Bawa stated he is now poised and ready to get back to action and has even been approached by some clubs with negotiations still ongoing as he looks to make the right decision this time around.
"I got injured reason I have been off recently but I'm now fully fit and ready for the next season. I have been training very hard since I recovered and I can say I'm very active at the moment to return to competitive football."
"I have offers on my table but we still in negotiations and my next club will be determined when we finalize everything."
