Bechem United coach Kwaku Danso has reiterated that his side is not aiming at the 2024-25 Ghana Premier League title.
The Hunters picked their second win of the campaign after pipping Medeama 2-0 at the Bechem Park on Sunday in a matchday six fixture.
They currently sit 10th on the league table with eight points, having recorded two wins, two draws and two defeats in the ongoing campaign.
“Winning the Ghana Premier League title is not our priority. We are focused on the business aspect of the game. Football is now business so we are nurturing talent for the market in order to sustain the club”
“We also have a plan of helping some of our players to get national call up to boost their market value.
“At the end of the season, we expect to finish in a respectable position to avoid relegation but the priority is not to win the league” he added.
The Hunters will travel to Tema Newtown to face Vision FC at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex on Sunday in matchday 7 fixture.
