Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prosper Narteh Ogum has stated the game against FC Samartex will be a very tough one but are desperate for nothing but a win.
The Porcupine Warriors will return to Premier League action this weekend against the current champions having missed out last week and are hoping to continue with their perfect form.
The 'Kum Apem' lads are unbeaten since the start of the season with a game to spare, having won three and drawn two and are currently sitting second on the league table with 11 points.
Speaking ahead of the game, the Educationist is looking forward to a difficult game but feels his men are ready for the challenge and just have to be confident in themselves to carry the day.
"I think Samartex is a very good side. A well-structured side. In terms of their arrangements on the field, you see that they have a structure and a style. They are a good side," Coach Ogum remarked
"We just have to be confident, we have to be determined, and we have to be composed. We are playing at home. The support will be behind us."
"The players have to believe that it is doable. We are confident, and I believe that we can get the job done."
Asante Kotoko vs FC Samartex is slated for Sunday, October 20, at the Len Clay Stadium at 15:00GMT.
