Bechem United has taken disciplinary action by suspending head coach Bismark Kobi Mensah due to what the club describes as 'indiscipline.'
The former Karela United trainer allegedly showed disrespect to the club's owner and bankroller, Kingsley Owusu Achau, leading to the board's decision to suspend him.
Kobi Mensah was absent from Bechem United's recent game against Aduana Stars, and he will not be in charge when the Hunters face Nations FC on Sunday.
His assistant, Seth Osei Wire, is expected to take charge in the upcoming match against the Premier League debutants.
Reports suggest that Hearts of Oak have engaged Kobi Mensah as part of their ongoing search for a new coach. However, Kobi Mensah is under a two-year contract with Bechem United.
Currently occupying the 6th position on the Ghana Premier League table with 23 points, Bechem United has overcome a challenging start to the season.
The Hunters are set to host Nations FC in the week 16 fixture of the domestic top-flight campaign at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park on Sunday.
