As Berekum Chelsea gears up to face Great Olympics in an upcoming Ghana Premier League clash, defender Yaw Dankwah expresses his determination to secure maximum points for his team.

Set to play at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday for matchday 31 of the league season, Dankwah emphasizes the importance of approaching the game with the mindset of clinching a victory.

Highlighting the team's goal of finishing in the top four, the 23-year-old, formerly of Proud United FC, stresses the necessity of consistent hard work in each game.

Dankwah's focus is clear: to claim all three points against Great Olympics, thereby keeping Berekum Chelsea's hopes of a top-four finish alive.

“Our aim is to finish in the top 4 and to reach such level, you need to work hard game after game. So we will go all out to pick the three maximum points against Great Olympics in order to keep our top four hopes alive” he said.

Currently positioned eighth on the league standings with 44 points after 30 matches, Berekum Chelsea faces a critical juncture with only four games remaining in the season.

Despite enduring 12 defeats, the former Ghana Premier League champions have managed 13 wins and 5 draws thus far.

Dankwah, honored as Berekum Chelsea's Player of the Month in March, has been a stalwart for the team, featuring in 27 league matches this season as they strive to achieve their objectives in the Ghana Premier League.
