Berekum Chelsea has secured the services of Ahmed Nuhu Adams, a former defender for Asante Kotoko, in preparation for the upcoming football season.
Ahmed Adams has inked a contract that will keep him at the club until June 2024, marking his return to his former team. His extensive experience in the Ghana Premier League includes prior stints with both Berekum Chelsea and the illustrious Asante Kotoko, who hold numerous league records.
Adams also has overseas experience, having played for Saudi Arabia's Al Shoala FC, Spain's Flath FC, and Malaysia's KFA. His presence is expected to fortify the defensive lineup of the former champions of the Ghana Premier League.
In the forthcoming 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season, Berekum Chelsea will commence their campaign with a home match against Bibiani Gold Stars at the Golden City Park. The new season of the Ghana Premier League is scheduled to commence later this month, with matches taking place at various stadiums throughout the country.
