Bofoakwa Tano FC captain, Saaka Dauda has described the win against giants Hearts of Oak as a morale booster and hopes to continue giving out his best in the ongoing season.

The 'Esuo Eyiri Pe Bre' side exhibited a stellar performance to inflict a slim and vital 1-0 win over the giants to continue with their perfect start of the season.

The game was really a good one and saw everything but was lacking only goals until Saaka Dauda scored just two minutes from the break and was enough to hand them all three points.

The Green-Whites are currently leading the Ghana Premier League table with 7 points after three matches and are yet to suffer a defeat in the ongoing campaign.

Speaking on StarTimes, the 23-year-old said the win will motivate them in their subsequent matches and will also look to nip on the same momentum to improve his performance individually.

"This three points mean a lot to us and it will boost our morale to go ahead of those matches that are left."

“I think this one will boost our morale then we do more. I have to make sure that I push more to give the fans what they want," he added.

Bofoakwa Tano FC after playing two consecutive home games, will travel to Kpando Heart of Lions in the next round of matches.
