Asante Kotoko midfielder, Sheriff Mohammed has finally recovered fully from his seven months injury and has returned to the team's training.

The 20 year old joined the Porcupine Warriors prior to the start of last season and his presence was really malleable having established himself as a deserved mainstay in the squad but subsequently sustained a sudden Injury which ruled him out until the season was wrapped.

The versatile midfielder has been on sidelines for a very long time nursing his wound and has finally got better, looking poised for action when the league resumes.

After starting gym works since last month, Sheriff Mohammed finally returned to Kotoko's training this morning at Adako Jachie and it was all smiles, with the entire team very elated to have him back.

His return will strengthen their midfield looking at the debt at their disposal already, and will have to competitively fight for his role against two highly-rated middleman, Justice Blay and captain Richard Boadu- whom he played together with in a double pivot before the Injury.

The Porcupine Warriors got held by Bofoakwa Tano to a goalless draw over the weekend in a friendly and are still looking to step up their preparations before the resumption of the GPL in few weeks time.
