Hearts of Oak have terminated the contract of Central African Republic striker Yassan Ouatching after failed first season at the club.
Yassan Ouatching was introduced as a new signing after completing his transfer to the Phobians ahead of the 2022/23 season.
The 24-year-old striker joined Hearts of Oak on a two-year contract after successfully passing his medical examination.
During the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season, the Central African Republic international made eleven appearances for the club. Unfortunately, he did not manage to score a goal in the league.
On Thursday, Hearts of Oak took to their official Facebook page to announce the mutual agreement to part ways with Yassan Ouatching. The club's statement conveyed their best wishes to the player in his future endeavors.
Prior to his time at Hearts of Oak, Yassan Ouatching had previously played for Burmese side Zwekapin United and Mohammedan SC based in Bangladesh.
Hearts of Oak concluded the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season in 12th place, accumulating 46 points from 34 matches.
