The experienced gaffer and the club reached a mutual agreement for him to step down from his position to pursue other opportunities elsewhere.
On Friday morning the Timber Giants released a statement which reads; "The management of FC Samartex and Coach Annor Walker have agreed to part ways on mutual grounds.
"We thank Mr. Annor for his service and wish him well in his future endeavors.
"In the coming days, we shall provide information on the future direction of the technical team."
Prior to the start of the 2020/21 league season, Walker was appointed head coach of Great Olympics whereby he led them to finish sixth.
He improved on that position the next season, helping the Dade Boys to finish in fifth spot in the 2021/2022 season.
