Coach of Bibiani Goldstars, Frimpong Manso has stated that his lads understood the task ahead after they bagged a win away at Hearts of Oak on Sunday night.
Mawuli Wayo notched a 79th minute goal to snatch the three maximum points for the Miners in the match-week 24 fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Reflecting on the 1-0 win, Manso expressed his satisfaction, lauding his men as they keep on improving in every match.
"I think the team is improving because if you look at our last seven games, we’ve won four, drawn two and lost one and this being our first away win against Hearts of Oak in Accra no less, so it means a lot for the team," stated the former Bofoakwa Tano coach.
Goldstars are currently manning the 11th position on the league table with 32 points. The Miners will face Karela United on Wednesday, April 10, in a crucial midweek encounter at the Dun's Park.
