Two other second half goals from Attah Kumi and Frank Amankwah sealed the victory to confirm them as champions for the first in their fourth topflight campaign
The Yellow-Greens finished the season with 63 points, three adrift their direct competitors Nations FC who unfortunately lost their last game by 0-2 on home soil
Atinga, enjoyed a fantastic season with 20 league appearances for the Bibiani-based club and has dubbed himself as an expert when it comes to winning the title
"If you want to win the league in Ghana, you should sign me. I don't have words to describe my feelings. I am too excited because I took Medeama to win the league and I also did it with GoldStars.
"It was very very difficult. You know, there are ups and downs. There were games we were soppose to win and we ended up losing so it is difficult."
His first league win came in the 2022/23 season during his time with Medeama SC.
